By accessing or using the website located at webiface.com (the "Site") or engaging Webiface for any services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use this Site or our services.
2. Description of Services
Webiface provides digital marketing services to contractors in Canada, including but not limited to:
- Contractor website design, development, and hosting
- AI-powered missed call text-back automation
- Online booking system and appointment reminder tools
- Review management and reputation marketing services
- Related digital strategy and consulting
Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are governed by the individual Service Agreement signed between Webiface and the client.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in Canada to use our services or contact us for business purposes.
4. Payment Terms
All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated in your Service Agreement. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring cycle. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, all website files, domain credentials, and content created for your business will be transferred to you within 10 business days.
We do not offer refunds for completed billing cycles. In the event of service failure due to our fault, we will issue a prorated credit to your account.
5. Intellectual Property
Your content: You retain ownership of all business content, logos, photos, and materials you provide to us. You grant Webiface a limited license to use this content to provide the agreed services.
Webiface IP: Webiface retains ownership of all proprietary workflows, automation templates, code libraries, and tools developed by Webiface. Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual license to use the website and tools as delivered.
Site content: All content on webiface.com including text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of Webiface and protected by Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this Site or our services to:
- Violate any applicable Canadian federal or provincial laws or regulations
- Transmit spam, phishing, or fraudulent messages through our automation tools
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Transmit malware, viruses, or other destructive code
- Harass, defame, or harm any individual or group
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
This Site and our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or lead volumes. Past results described on this Site represent typical client experiences and are not guaranteed for any individual client.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Webiface and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of this Site or our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Webiface in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will post the revision date on this page.
